[Deptheads] Adding groups on discount page

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I guess while we're there maybe some cleaning. I just checked the ones with
links, and ones I recognize:

   - *Art of Storytelling Through Gaming*: I used to be part of this
   meetup, it was definitely deleted a few years back.
   - *DnDMelt*: Seems like the name has changed to "LATableTopGamers" or
   "The Los Angeles Dungeons & Dragons Meetup" ? I don't see anything about
   "DnDMelt" there, anyways.
   - *Empty Thrones*: Website down?
