 Good morning Brad,
Due to the volunteer structure of our events, I do not have someone who can run games for you in the boardgames department. If you check our website, badges can be earned by volunteers in the boardgames department, depending on what they run and how much time they volunteer.  If you have anyone attending they can sign up on the website and schedule events with your games.  

Also, I am forwarding your e-mail to other departments that may be able to assist you with the other requests and suggestions.

I represent Level 99 Games, a publisher of board and card games in New Mexico. We're known for such games as BattleCON, Pixel Tactics, Argent: the Consortium, and Millennium Blades.




Level 99 Games would be interested in sponsoring any or all of your events this year. Though we don't have the staff and resources to attend in person, and have our games seen and played through some kind of sponsorship.




Here's what we have in mind:

1. We have plenty of games in our back-catalog to give away as door prizes or in raffles.

2. We would like to donate any games that are missing from your library, as well as send our games to any play-to-win events you might have.

3. We would like to get our ad in the show book.

4. We would like to get in touch with any non-publisher/retail vendors at your show, and offer them access to our catalog to stock at the event.

5. We would like to get in touch with some of your volunteer event organizers, or get badges to send some of our own, so that we can run several events for your attendees.

6. We would like to send a banner to be displayed near our events.
