[Deptheads] Events and GMs

 Okay.  This seems like a problem that I created and I apologize.  I have 57 GMs, including several that have not previously run an event.  I also appear to have the most "fluid" schedule, with alternate times being used possibly as much as 50% of the time.  Therefore, yes, I desperately need my GMs to get a reminder e-mail, because apparently, GMs cannot read.  They can't read the GM procedure file, the event description file, the badge requirements, the confirmation e-mails, the denial e-mails, etc.  I am convinced that one of the prerequisites for being a Boardgames GM is to be illiterate.  Unfortunately, this also means they will not read the reminder e-mail detailing their schedule.

I’d prefer that none of the LARP GMs receive such an email. My GMs will get a rather informative email from me this weekend, as they always do. I also keep them updated on the “LARPs at Strategicon” FB group, where I post our whole schedule and rally people to sign up for games. I am also already in conversation with them about space needs and game descriptions. No need to confuse them.

I send out an email to my GMs once my master schedule is set. They then usually contact me directly if they have any problems.
