[Deptheads] Events and GMs

[Strategicon Department Heads]

At least you get active and interested GMs, instead of having to scramble
your department's Tournaments at the last minute, because only a couple of
regulars are actually interested in running things. ;)

Video Gaming will have their events up tomorrow night, or, if things
change, Friday night.
