Based on the comments I’m changing the broadcast to be opt in. However, if a GM has events in multiple departments and any of those departments opt in, the GM will be sent their events from all departments.
Just based on me and one other person, that will mean a few Collectibles and Video events will be sent out. Please don’t panic. :)
So far no LARP gms have events outside of LARPs.

So, Shane and any other departments who want to opt in, please let me know of anything you would like me to add to the emails that are specific to your department.
Ex. Board Games: Please remember to bring a copy of the game.
Here is the standard message that will go out.
“The list below is the events you have either scheduled or pending for Strategicon Orccon 2019. Please check carefully that everything is correct. Times and descriptions are the most likely items to change. If you have events still pending, be aware that the information listed may change at approval time. Please periodically check the Events Schedule to see when pending events get approved."

P.S. Shane, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

> Okay. This seems like a problem that I created and I apologize. I have 57 GMs, including several that have not previously run an event. I also appear to have the most "fluid" schedule, with alternate times being used possibly as much as 50% of the time. Therefore, yes, I desperately need my GMs to get a reminder e-mail, because apparently, GMs cannot read. They can't read the GM procedure file, the event description file, the badge requirements, the confirmation e-mails, the denial e-mails, etc. I am convinced that one of the prerequisites for being a Boardgames GM is to be illiterate. Unfortunately, this also means they will not read the reminder e-mail detailing their schedule.
