[Deptheads] Website log on issues?

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I get logged on. Go make a badge. Hit submit. And then get logged out.
Finally get logged back in, check the list, and the badge I submitted is
not showing. Is it just me? I didn't have this problem a few days ago. I
have more volunteer badges to submit.
