[Deptheads] Website log on issues?

Based on past comments the random log out is not just you. I’ve been hearing about a logout issue for several years. The trouble is, I have yet to acquire a device that does this, in particular one that does it regularly enough to test.

The browser for some reason is clearing the login information between the time you get to the page and the time you select submit.
Clearing the cache, and quitting the browser and restarting it might stabilize things.

Or, have a second browser window open. Reload the second window before submitting to make sure you are still logged in. If not, do so from the second window, then submit.
