Hi All,

We currently have 79 events approved. Most are either Boardgames or Indie New Games (Boardgames).
Boy am I glad I implemented a create date for events. Since all Indie events were submitted starting April 19, I’m hoping they are already virtual.
So, I’m going to let Shane decide what to set all events submitted before April 19 that are approved.
Shane, would you prefer “Pending" or “Cancelled - Other”. I think Pending makes more sense.

Once their status has been changed, I think we’ll need to email all GMs with submitted events that are Pending (or Cancelled - Other) with a submission date before April 19th to ask if they wish to still run their event virtually.

I will send out the email to everyone, since I have the means to get this specific list.

Is everyone good with this plan?
