Hi Tara,

I left the duplicate badge for Eric deal with, accounting and stuff.

I have no idea why the emails failed to make the connection, but the badges should be connected to their accounts.

The badge generation page is technically a work in progress, still. It will be done when I get to the point that Eric can use it. Eric’s badge generation page is more robust, but has features only Eric is supposed to have access to, and his page doesn’t connect to accounts via email.

In the mean time, while it’s not the best solution, I’m more that happy to connect badges that fail to connect to an account. It’s a lot less work than it used to be, for Eric before con and Tracy at a physical con.
