[Deptheads] Discord Invites

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Very strange. So now everyone I know who needs badges is on the badge list.
But not everyone can access through their account. It seems like the email
addresses aren't "sticking" to the badge, in a few cases. Verified email
addresses they always use for their account. If someone wants a list of
these folks, I can send it.
