[Deptheads] Paperwork Updates!

I'm trying to update my paperwork, and I've added a section for Event Type,
but there's a problem that's going to make this a LOT more work than it
needs to be - specifically, there isn't any place in the summary pages
(Edit Event, Prereg Queue, Prereg Approved) that shows what Event Type it
is. So in order to accurately ID the Event Type, I either have to remember
it all, or review the full Edit page for each and every event to mark them
accordingly.

Edit before submitting: Okay, there's one summary page that lists event
type, but it's a page I've literally never used before: the Department
Report page.

The fact that Artemis kind of drowns out the VGR summary lists is a
separate problem. I've got 14 tournaments/events in the VGR, and Artemis
has 38. IMO, it shouldn't be listed in VGR, since it's not located in the
Video Gaming room, and doesn't interact or coordinate with the VGR staff in
any way. Special Events, perhaps?
