[Deptheads] Players needing info

So, we have not been so organized I think. Players are asking on Facebook
how they find their discord rooms...and they haven't gotten an email yet.
GMs don't all know they're supposed to email their players, via the pregens
on their games....and they don't know what to say. I am about to get off
Facebook because I don't have answers.

Also, how do people register for games during the con if they didn't
prereg? I have a GM sitting next to me who can't find the looking for games
room and he's driving me nuts. Also, at this point, I don't care if people
register for Play to Wins...it they go to our lobby, they get the link to
the live feed, and if they are there the whole time they can win. No one
can get the link if they don't have a badge, so I don't mind people just
showing up. Is that ok? I am emailing the prereg people the links to the
play to win discord and the youtube live feeds.

I just want to answer people and I don't know what to say. I think we'll be
pros by Saturday morning though.
