[Deptheads] Email Communications for Next Con

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Hi Tanya,

Just a friendly reminder. Could department heads please see the email list
as well as the GMs for next con, just in case they need some extra
assistance? Also there was a glitch during the con where even events listed
with another GM would show up as the head's event, because they submitted
initially it. When this happens the head has to be the one to send the
emails. For this con, I am personally okay since I worked it out with my
team. We'd definitely need it ironed out for next con, though!
