[Deptheads] Important! Registration hours

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Hey folks,

Since the email with the discord link is sent out to people who register
mostly manually, we are instituting hours in which we will do that. As of
midnight tonight, there will be no more emails sent until 8am tomorrow.

I repeat, no registration emails between Midnight and 8am tonight and
Saturday. If I could get someone with facebook access to post this I would
appreciate it.

Events can still be submitted, so be aware you still might need to approve
events.for your department.
