[Deptheads] Meeting this Sunday?

[Strategicon Department Heads]

So far, I don't even have Rob on this email list, but I do include him in
meetings (with approval), since he is working on the website and is my
senior volunteer, but I didn't do it until we had run several cons
together. I think it would be best to include Malakai in planning for the
next con when we are discussing Discord, but to confine the meeting on
Sunday to heads so that it doesn't become a Discord issue dumping session,
and so Malakai doesn't feel anything has to be actionable or anything. The
next project needs to be thinking about the Strategicon website and
improvements for the virtual experience, which we can direct at Rob and
Tanya as needed.
