[Deptheads] Meeting this Sunday?

Hi Tanya. Thanks. I am happy to make more guides in the same vein; getting
the graphics and changing them isn't too difficult, so we'll alter them and
the text for workflow once we have the new process down. The hope is that
the process becomes smooth and intuitive enough that a guide is
unwarranted, but in the meantime, I will do my best to make sure folks have
aids. If other heads can think of processes that are difficult or present
roadblocks to our attendees, let me know. I have done similar guides for a
corporation as part of compliance, and for schools and events as part of
general inclusion. I want our attendees to be able to get into their events
and have a good time as easily and smoothly as we can manage.
