Thanks for looking through it!

Alternate contact field is there and is optional.

I did remove the departments that weren't active. Artemis (as a department)
was not active, as I noted in the meeting. Jim said there were some family
games and collectibles events, so I had them on the first list.

I looked for feedback on the simulators we used, not all simulators. I'm
less interested in knowing which they have heard of, just which they know
and would recommend. That's why the question is formatted that way.

The question regarding pay-by-event should cover fee differences, without
us getting too technical or specific.
