[Deptheads] Covid, Badges, and you! An instructional primer

Hey folks,

There have been some questions about how we will handle our Covid
requirements and our volunteer badges, and I am here to let you know.

Attached you will find the hold harmless form everyone needs to sign upon
receipt of badge. You will receive your badges from Tracy as normal, along
with a list so you can track your progress. You will need to check proof of
vaccination for every volunteer badge, but can do that before con if you
wish. The hold harmless will be signed when they receive the badge and all
completed forms go to Tracy at Reg.
