[Deptheads] Covid, Badges, and you! An instructional primer

Hey everyone,

Just as a reminder, Rob spent a lot of time on the COVID vaccination
verification system, and it looks like an instruction email still has NOT
been sent to attendees so they can use it. This will put extreme pressure
on Reg if we don't get that email out and encourage folks to get
pre-verified with their QR codes. That email needs to go out ASAP.
