If Gateway 2017 <http://www.strategicon.net/> is a snake, it’s close enough to bite you! If you’re planning to be anywhere that is not the Hilton Los Angeles Airport hotel during Labor Day weekend, September 1-4, there’s still time to make things right. Pre-registration for the convention ends Monday, August 28. $10 off the door price!

The final block of convention-rate hotel rooms at the Hilton has a few rooms left for Friday and Sunday nights, but Saturday is sold out. Call the hotel to book, and be sure to ask about the HHonors program, which can help you save even more money. Parking rates at the Hilton: $9 general and $20 for valet per day for convention attendees.

Unforgettable Fun in the Forgotten Realms
The Dungeon and Dragons Adventurers League is ready for some incredible tabletop journeys at Gateway! The nine-adventure T3 Ylraphon arc (YLRA 1-7, 1-8, 1-9), which began at Orccon, will be completed. Also featured: the convention-exclusive Keep on the Borderlands series, three Epics and Fai Chen's Fantastical Faire. The Saber Legion Championship Series Exhibition
The Saber Legion <http://www.saberlegion.org/> is the world’s largest custom saber dueling organization. Witness their inaugural Strategicon event on Saturday at 6 p.m.-- a full contact exhibition! With undercards, a main event, a social gathering and an instructional workshop, swordplay and sci-fi fans alike will be delighted.
