Happy New Year! Planning is underway for Orccon this Presidents’ Day weekend, February 16-19, 2018 at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport. Are you ready? We’re not, but ask us again in two weeks.

The deadline to submit your Board Games game or event is TOMORROW, January 12. 
The deadline to submit all other games and events is January 26. 
Pre-convention game sign-up begins at noon the following day. 

Thursday and Sunday Hotel Rooms Totally Sold Out, Man

Hotel rooms for Friday, Saturday and Monday are still available at the convention room rate: $139 per night for single or double occupancy for two double beds, or one king bed; $159 for triple occupancy and $179 for quad occupancy with two double beds. There is only one block; it is a large one, but once the rooms are gone, they are gone. The good news is that the hotel itself is not sold out (yet) on Sunday, so you can book that directly through them.

New for 2018: To get the convention rate, you must book your room through our website, and you must be logged into your account and have a convention badge in order to do so.

Parking rates at the Hilton are as follows: $9 general with ticket validated by the Registration desk and $20 for valet per day for convention attendees.

John Compton, Paizo Organized Play Lead Developer, will join us and participate in a panel discussion and GM a special Pathfinder Society raffle game. Have a blast with Jeff Siadek, who will return with Battlestations HUGE! This enormous version of the popular tabletop starship simulation will entertain beginners and grizzled space veterans alike-- he’ll run Gaming 101 sessions all weekend, leaving you with exactly zero excuses for not saving the galaxy.

Saber Legion

The Southern California Dewbacks is a charter group of the Saber Legion, a national custom saber dueling organization with more than 5,000 members online. Members design and build their own lightsabers and protective gear to compete in full contact competition, and their spectacular exhibitions at Orccon on Saturday and Sunday are not to be missed! #unitedthroughsabers
