[Deptheads] Tourneys & Mailing Lists

We are hosting several boardgame, card game and minis tourneys.   That list on the flyer looks great and we should maximize the interest level in these events.   
   
  I would like to get access to direct email lists.   That doesn't mean I need the companies to give us the list of customer emails.   What we need is the company whose event we are promoting to send out a mass email to their customer base (preferably targeted by state) that tells them that Gamex is hosting the tourney. 
   
  I know not all the companies have this, but some do.   Wrack your brains for some resources who might have lists.   We can always trade advertising space in the on-site booklet for a mass email. 
   
  If you have any contact emails or sites that would be useful, please let me know ASAP.  Also, if you know any online groups specifically dedicated to SoCal players of the game, send that contact to me as well.
