Yes, but hotel management is to blame.  The staff were actually quite
courteous and friendly given the constraints that management gave.

So, yes, I agree that Raddison management are a bunch of assholes who¹ve
managed to increase profits for them while sticking it to us.

Actual staff were a different story.
