[Deptheads] Preliminary attendance numbers

Was something already sent out that talked about how long and what we
lose during their renovation (plus, how long until a real parking lot
and whether the hotel will even be able to include that cost in with
future room reservations).

I seriously think we got a pass from people this time but next time,
they will do something else, especially if the facilities are more
limited.
