Got home, checked the usual stuff...


Was directed by FB to a post whining about the food issue.


My advice?


Do NOT apologize!!! This will make us sound like it's something we were in agreement with the Hilton.


Avoid generic "we are talking to the appropriate people."  Let them know we understand the displeasure, and are airing it with the (title of the person) at the Hilton.  But don't go overboard regarding our willingness or ability to threaten or cajole the Hilton.


Don't fall into the trap of getting into shouting matches with the infants.  State facts clearly.  Correct lies, but do not take the bait to start a flame war.


And don't apologize.
