[Deptheads] Final touches to Run Event

Tanya,

I rarely deny events, I prefer to move them to an open time slot, and I
communicate with the GM before I make any such changes. That said, I do
occasionally have to deny, and it normally is due to duplicate event or GM
cancellation.
