You are correct. Unless we are doing the selling of the product, which we must sell at cost (round up to nearest dollar -- I don't want to deal in change), we cannot offer payouts. This is policy, not law. We don't want a perceived conflict of interest.

Talk to me with more specifics and we can take it from there.
